About
Hi! I'm Alizay!
My activism journey started in January last year, and since then I've done so much for my community. I'm the founder of a local project called Kids Against Climate Change, which is a program dedicated to raising awareness about climate change and its drastic effects, and encouraging people to take action. It's mainly for young people like myself, because I strongly believe that kids can make a difference. Other than climate activism, I have started projects such as "Do it like a Girl", "My mind matters", and "Houses for Homeless". Currently, I am working on a project where I meet middle-school immigrants through zoom who have come to the United States with their families, and help them overcome the difficult challenges of America's middle school system while making sure they stay true to who they really are. I love volunteering and making people laugh. When I'm not doing activism duties, I love to spend time with my family and friends, and play outside. I hope you follow me on this journey, while I tackle school, activism, sports, music, and more!
